I can't submit these artists

Okay, first things first. I made some typos. This should be Patti Austin (not Austen) and this should be Alison Krauss (not Kraus). Oops!

Now to business. I tried several times to submit jazz and blues singer Joe Williams to Equipboard, only to no avail. This is despite Williams' lack of a match on the site. What am I missing?

Secondly, I cannot submit Alice Cooper because his name exists as a band. Would it be possible to add "(Band)" to this band so that the actual Cooper can be added?

Regarding Joe Williams, add it as Joe Williams 1 then let me know when you've done that and I can fix it on our end.
