More On Duplicates...

THIS, now this was a perfectly good submission with no colours or model years of any kind. It's a good item. And now Lux has changed added a colour to it.

As said in the edit history: there's already a tool for reporting duplicates, you can use that tool and it would avoid your misuse of the name field –which can evidently lead to this kind of things–, if you use the right tool instead of this informal way to do things you could save for yourself and for everyone this kind of inherent possibility of confrontation… it all begins with you not using an appropriate method and could end with you using the right one and respecting the moderators' role about it.

This is like a full circle. You've already made this argument, I've already made my argument, and once again, we're back at the beginning. But confrontation? Is that what you're worried about? That's sad...

Anyways, I posted this so the moderators could see it. Just as a note, I do repsect moderators, which is why I will repeat what I've already said: I do use the Duplicate Tool, and I "misuse" the name field (if you could call it that) because those items will be deleted anyways. They are inherently incorrect and are already supposed to be deleted.

Oh for god's sake, guys, drop it... you are not going to see eye to eye and it snot essential that you do. This is not a major life issue we're talking about here. Its Michael and GChiaren's site, they will figure out the dupe situation in their own way. Everyone who cares has voiced an opinion, its going to be settled at some point. Until then, stay outta eachother's hair.
