Thanks for adding the pedal, but why do you think it's not a modulation pedal?

It's 4 in 1: Chorus / Flanger / Phaser / Tremolo. These 4 are all modulation effects. (Or do you mean there is no such category on the portal and it should go to multi-effects?)

btw the link in your post is slightly incorrect. But I've figured it out.
