Problem loading Image

I've now tried 3 times to upload an image for Unfiltered Audio Bass Mint. I buy new software all the time and I've had to create a lot of entries as they weren't there when I searched.

I don't get any extra points for my efforts ( Hint hint )

Normally they're ok , but this time, I give up.

1. I added a png which worked but was too small
2. I enlarged the image but my image software saved as jpg. Didn't show up on equipboard
3. enlarged and saved as png, as that worked the first time

the last attempt resulted in an empty space where the image should be.

Can someone please fix this ? Thanks

This happens often. You might just need to add the .png a second time.

Is there any way you can link us to the image in question? If it's on your computer, are you able to upload it to an image sharing site like Imgur?
