What's this guitar pedal ??

Hi!

I'm looking for some help to find the brand/model for a specific guitar pedal that I saw in a video.. can someone help me ??

Here's a screenshot : The Mystery Guitar Pedal

Thanks

Only thing that comes close to that is a Vox Satchurator.... but this one has a different configuration. The lack of obvious branding except what COULD be the embossed VOX logo suggests this is a rehoused, or clone pedal... which could make it anything with a three knob/ one toggle/ dual footswitch configuration.

Drop the name of the artist and I will narrow this search.

GEAR:

  • Epiphone Dot
  • Electro-Harmonix Sovtek "Green Russian" Big Muff Pi V7C

Thanks for your input !

Yes, that seems pretty close to the VOX Saturator.. and like you said, some kind of DIY pedal would make sense too..

If you want to see, and listen to the awesome music of The Barr Brothers, it's from the Brad Barr pedalboard. Here's a live performance, take a look at 1:50 : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U54MKLq2Syo

Could be completely custom

Vintage Tube 2-in-1 Booster/Tremolo Guitar Pedal - Handwired by GnarHeel Pedal Co

yeah, I've had tons of custom stuff and when I build my own stuff soemtimes I gut a cheap commercial pedal I'm bored with just to be obscure! who knows what that guy is using?

It's a kind of Octavia (Fuzz + Octave).

It's called the "Homebrew UFO Ultimate Fuzz Octave Pedal" : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rx5HA50skXs

Hehe didn't know the Foxx Tone Machine, seems to be pretty powerful : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X97EV4esZzI

I already own the Fulltone 69 and a Catalinbread Fuzzrite.. think I don't really need the UFO right now.. maybe later ;)

I've had a real mosrite fuzzrite during my vintage fuzzz colelcting phase, I found it to be a one trick pony but that trickw as really amusing soemtimes.... I made a lot of money on that one because there wasn't a reissue or many proper clones at the time. At any rate, the Tone Machine and Univox Superfuzz camp of octafuzz that uses germanium diodes to create the additional octave are really better alla rounders to me. Personally I prefer the univox, but its an apples to apples comparison and I was into the univox because the signer in my old band gave me hers as a birthday present.
