Your favorite and least favorite musicians.

My favorite & least favorite musician is the same dude: Roger Waters.

He can't really even play his own songs. I am not a Floyd fan and this most recent tour, holy shit was SO awesome! I don't care about his voice, or his bass hackery. Love it!

When you love something or someone, you are taking them "as is". I love it, the shitty and the good. Warhol did very little art, he just signed the ones he liked. Let's all cut Roger Waters a little slack - regardless of your political pursuasion, as least he's got balls.

Love it / Hate it. But please don't change!

I didn't hear anyone knock Roger.... he's one of rock's best 'bigpicture' musicians

hate to be the pop-punk kid but

  1. the whole band of neck deep, jjust 'cause i like their new album lol
  2. billie joe armstrong
  3. mark hoppus
  4. jim lindberg

least: 1. kanye west 2. rappers in general

also gonna say- I like Childish Gambino, because there's art there behind his "music." might not be instruments, but i find some of his rapping to be brutally honest, and i appreciate that. i feel like there's two kinds of music- "music" and "true music." and this isn't genre snobbery or anything, because there are quite a few newer hip-hop songs that (at least I feel) have a deeper intention than just dancing "music." the same can be said for metal, because those trashy teenagers are destroying the genre's reputation, but the real musicians are hella good. of course, i feel like (in most aspects) that punk engages you in a way that no other music does, so a lot of it is "true music," but at the same time, there's plenty of shitty punk bands who think theyre good.

Yeah, Kanye west isn't that good. All of his songs (except for Touch the Sky) are rubbish.

Well, when it comes to least favorites I don't even give them enough thought to really know what they are, I can just say "that guy right there" when they come on the youtube or whatevers..

Favorite: Rebecca Black -> Very talented; Great voice; Charismatic.

Least favorite: Jimi Hendrix -> Unoriginal; Arrogant.
