guitar store

Hey Americans, I am lucky enough to be flying over to you guys in January, and I thought while visting I would look through music shops. I want to find sorta like uncommon/ rare stuff, for instance over here, we consider Music Man rare. We are staying near Golden Gate park- any good suggestions by there? thanks alot

Will you only be in SF? If so, I'm afraid I don't have too many suggestions. I'm not sure what counts for rare across the pond, but if it is something like Music Man, you should be good with Guitar Center.

Here are two of my favorites if you venture to LA or Vegas (or even their websites). Norman's Rare Guitars Ed Roman Guitars

ed roman is a dick but his stock is amazing.... Norman's is a classic place, but top dollar.... check out the awn stores in LA, the sunset strip is loaded with amazing stuff or it WAS back when I frequented LA

id say normans rare guitars but a lot of their stuff will cost a pretty penny, the hollywood guitar center would also be a good visit and if you can check out fenders visitor center and get a tour ive always wanted to go there.

th fender tour had a very hershey's shocolate world or jurassic park quality when I did it

im not sure if this is good or bad, i love jurassic park

i also looke up the visitor center and its been closed for the forseable future guess thar guitar center deal didnt go as planned...

I have heard of Norman guitars, they sound pretty cool

Golden Gate Park huh? I visited San Francisco about 3 years ago, had a nice experinece checking out Height Ashbury Music.
