My Gear 9

sub £400 guitar, fretwork is immaculate, neck feels great, really lightweight, pickups sound great especially with the coil split, definitely one of the best coil splits I’ve ever heard, extremely versatile for both clean tones and high gain settings, looks stunning, all the hardware is super high quality, the tuning stability is incredible, often left for weeks at a time in rehearsal spaces without going out of tune, and the setup out of the box is practically perfect, absolute 10/10, best sub £400 guitar and severely underrated.
Expectations were initially low for such a cheap pedal (about £24 brand new) However, its safe to say I was pleasantly surprised, the option of having both overdrive and distortion or a mix of the two makes it incredibly versatile for plenty of sounds. While the overdrive does sound a little bit lifeless, the distortion is plenty for the money, you can get absurd amounts out of it for heavy stuff, or just a reasonable amount for earlier stuff, ive had mine for a good year now and had absolutely no issues with it, its a plastic construction which can be off putting especially if you’re a heavy stomper, but its plenty durable and can handle just about anything. Overall, absolute no brainer for the price 8/10.
