The Zoom G1 is a nice digital pedal-set that was the boot to a sequence of digital effects by Zoom. It has no expression pedal but has a Input to it. It has so many tones that I cant refer to them all here. But I can say its Types of distortion are very close to analog ones. In the other side the modulation is a bit bad calculated. It has compressors, Auto-Wah, 4 types of Delay, 4 types of Reverb, 2 types of Echo; Flanger, Chorus, Pitch, Octave, Ring and Phaser modulations; Lead, Metal, Od, Blues, Distortion, Fuzz, Jazz, Clean, Acoustic, Rythim and more Tones. Zoom G1 also has a beautiful large range Equalization. In general, this effects-pedal can supply your need when it comes to the most basic effects. It is not the option for a professional mix, but for a live show it really breaks the stage!

This amplifier by Giannini has 15W of power in its very short dimensions. I just could not play in a low volume. My neighborhood just know the mighty power of G5+ it has Bass and Treble controls along with Level and Gain. The Gain is divided in Trhee Stages. Clean that modes the sound to a very very clean tone even if your guitar has a tremolo it get over it letting you hear the exactly notes you are playing. The second Gain Stage is Drive which adds a bit of harshness to the sound. Making a hot sound full of High. And the last stage is Distortion. I personally prefer a Pre-Amplification distortion, but G5+ does a nice over-saturation and makes the sound really distorted when you have no Distortion Pedal. A bad thing in my opinion is that if you plug something on the Phones output, the amplifier no longer let the sound come out it just put all of it in the phones. The Speakers stop talking. In general, it is more than good to a professional to practice at home. Or to a beginner to play wild.

This guitar has a surprisingly wide range of own tones. Between the five selector positions, you can have a bright and aggressive sound with the bridge pick-up; a pure and simple medium sound between bridge and middle pick-ups; a well-niveled and good for effects average tone using the three pick-ups at the same time; a low and contained sound for nice bases on the neck-middle pick-ups and for last but definitively not least, a incredible string-treble sound. This last sound is very peculiar between the most commom guitar kinds nowadays; it has a lot of brilliance and can be really compared to a acoustic guitar when it comes to clean sounds. It has a lot of body in the sound you can fell the wood trembling. That trembling ends up on generating a resonant bass frequency along with the notes. In general, its a very cheap guitar with fantastic sounds. It's worthy trying it out.
