Perfect for gritty blues tone
After seeing several videos of people using this pedal's cousin the Metal Zone to play blues types songs I decided to try out a HM-2 instead to see how it sounded and was not disappointed. Running an Epiphone Firebird (bridge pickup) through this pedal on custom mode created a nice harsh tone with a ton of punch to it.
Preferred Settings + Usage:
Level/Volume at about 9 or 11 o'clock, low and high knobs at 2 and 11 o'clock (facing each other), distortion at 11 o'clock or further.
