Red Dirt
I have the mini version. I like to stack the pedal the same way I stack my Analogman Silver mod. I put the Prince of Tone in front of it on boost. Sounds great, I have the two internal Dip switches on the POT In the on position and have the Red Dirt DiPs set to the hottest settings. I used to use a Klon KTR as my boost/Buffer, however, I liked the POT boost so much, I sold it on Reverb.

Wah
I looked for a long time for an aggressive in your face full sounding Wah pedal. I must have bought 4 or 5 different pedals, all were missing something. I found the CAE and tweaked the Inside parameters to get it to sound how I wanted it to. Kenny Wayne Shepherd uses one and he talks about it on a you tube video about his rig. Good stuff.

My main guitar. It is a 2011 heavily customized Strat. It has an SSL5 Duncan in the bridge, Custom Shop Abby 69' in the middle and a CS Fat 50's in the neck with a toggle to allow the neck pickup to stay on in every position. Wood tone block, EVH Restricted Pots, Shadowlands killswitch, 11 Strings, Fender locking tuners, Yngwie brass nut, mint green pick guard. Custom Birdseye Maple Fender neck, 9.5 V. Blues heaven my friends.

what kinda wood is the sustain block? I switched from steel to brass recently myself

Oh it's just a Wood Tone Brand Brass Block. They are made in England, around 100 bucks shipped. Made a difference in the tone compared to the crappy cast block Fender had in it.

OD9 Silver
My most prized pedal. Amazing sound. Mike from Analog.man did a great job with this pedal. Smooth sustain, yet clean mid boost with that signature Bite. I played guitar for over 7 hours the day I got the pedal in the mail. My American Strat, Thunderbolt and modded OD9 are all I need to rip through the Texas Blues Sonic sound barrier.

Thunderbolt
30 watts of growl and punch. Very simple setup, 15" speaker. Just a volume and a Tone knob. I have stripped down my rig to include just a Maxon OD9 with Analog.man Silver Mod, a POT with the TS808 chip, a Digitech Hardwire Delay and a Keeley Red Dirt OD for a different flavor.

why not just turn the thunderbolt to 10? that's its whole thing.... they're kinda bland til you whack em up to 8 or 9, lame clean tone

That will work, but I am just using it as my practice amp so the pedal is must to avoid blowing out my kids ear drums lol

I actually like the clean tone on the low gain channel. I have owned a lot of tube amps, got sick of my Twin Reverbs ice pick tone and had a Mesa Single Rectifier Rectoverb that sounded absolutely horrible clean, but awesome dirty. I traded a 95 Strat for the Supro, wanted something different. I really like it for blues. Prob not a amp for metal or alt.

@goddog I just realized you never said if yours is an original 60s one, whether its tube or SS rectified or whether its a 'reissue'
based on you mentioning 2 channels it sounds like a reissue? all the old thunderbolts I've played are single channel (most early supros were with the exception of my favorite supro design the dual tone)
I have a kid too, think I should stop pointing my ac30s right at his head when he's bad? j/k
trying to rock out at home is a drag as a Dad, though he's more tolerant than my ex, I just don't want to deafen him, I kinda like him
@walter, I am not a big fan of the THUNDERBOLT's clean, other supro models have cleans that really do it for me in a warm n furry way, its just the dual 6L6 supros I think only sound good once they're breaking up ;-)
I've played and owned a good number of original supros and other valco made amps from the 50s to the mid 60s, they sued to be cheap with a distinctive sound for recording... same goes for vintage danos and silvertones too
