Keeley Red Dirt Overdrive review | MusicRadar

musicradar.com

The Keeley Red Dirt Overdrive impresses with its pro-grade components and build quality, offering a versatile evolution of the classic Tube Screamer sound. With two modes, it delivers everything from clean boosts to rich, dynamic overdrive, making it a great fit for Fender-style guitars. While there isn't much to criticize, the pedal's ability to maintain clarity even at higher gains makes it appealing to a broad range of players. Overall, a stellar addition to any pedalboard.

Red Dirt

I have the mini version. I like to stack the pedal the same way I stack my Analogman Silver mod. I put the Prince of Tone in front of it on boost. Sounds great, I have the two internal Dip switches on the POT In the on position and have the Red Dirt DiPs set to the hottest settings. I used to use a Klon KTR as my boost/Buffer, however, I liked the POT boost so much, I sold it on Reverb.
