Versatile but with limits

I bought the Zoom G3 because reverbs and delay pedals are very expensive and I'm very much into shoegaze. The multi-effect pedal is pretty good. I would strongly recommend it to everyone. The pros are the amp simulation, chorus, delays, reverbs and vibe, they have a good quality and gives room to your creativity blossom. On the other hand, the drive, distortion, flanger, fuzz, phaser and octaver 'pedals' are not that good, I don't think that they are reliable enough to be a vital part of you pedalboard. I used my own OD and distortion pedals with the Zoom G3 to fill its blanks. But, in the end, it is low budget and very good option, specially if your beginning in the pedal world.

Very satisfying guitar with terrible pickups

Tagima's Woodstock bass & guitars series tries to emulate Fender's Squier quality in guitar crafting. With similar woods but terrible pickups, the TW-61 model does a pretty good job. This model is inspired in the Jazzmaster, but with P90 pickups. Particularly, I changed it to Malagoli Custom 55 humbuckers. They're the brand's P. A. F. model, inspired in Gibson's semi-acoustic models, such as Gibson ES-335.

The guitar price has been raising over the last two years. When I bought it, it costed circa U$129/R$700/€109 and now the price is about U$240/R$1300/€202. They are still cheaper than the Squiers models, but as far as I'm concerned, outside Brazil, there are other models with a better price and similar quality.
