I got mine for about $160 NZD ($119 USD, $91 pounds) brand new from the Rockshop. It was my first amp as I was only 14 years old at the time. It's great for home use, two channels for clean and overdrive. Contour runs as like a treble-ish option. I'm still a beginner so I don't need any fancy setups yet like I want but this does the job. Very easy to get some tones, sounding almost like EVH or Angus Young but realistically far off. Good overdrive tones but only cons of this would be a slight hiss it makes when you're running overdrive high. Apart from that a great amp for a first timer that may wanna feel like he's playing a real Marshall.
Effects Pedals 2
I also received this one off my dad as he didn't really have a use for them. Good pedal but preferably like to play without the RV-2. It's great for noodling about and having some fun on but my amp isn't powerful enough to run it effectively. I do like the sound of reverb though, maybe this will get more use in the future but this is still a great little pedal as always by Boss. For you people that don't know this is the worlds first digital Reverb pedal so fits in a nice little spot of pedal history. Mine is a 1992 model I believe
I LOVE THIS PEDAL. I really like the chorusy sound of the 70s/80s and this was the first pedal I ever brought. It gives you that warm sound that you want in a chorus and the perfect melodic sound. I play it all the time when I can but need to buy a new adaptor for it. $399 in my country for a Waza craft CE-1W, I'd just pick one of these for $169.
Other Gear 1
My dad gave one of these to me but I haven't used it yet sadly. Something is wrong with it or I just don't know how you run it but I can't wait to use it. Cool old school equipment
