Great Guitar For The Price

Love this guitar. Has a great Metal tone to it even with the Jackson pick-ups. Switch is in a great place and easily accessed. The neck plays fast and feels good to wrap your fingers around (even those who have smaller hands). It comes with a Floyd Rose tremolo which stays in tune. It's very easy to maintain (not that it needs a lot of maintenance) after the first setup it was perfect.

Finger Lickin', Pickin' Good

The staple for any blues player is this guitar. What more can I say? If you've played one you understand. The plucking sound of these things are incredible!!!

What!?!

Let me start off by saying I do like this guitar (do not let the three stars fool you). The build on this thing is nothing but spectacular! It was the second guitar I purchased out of my break away from the instrument. I always wanted one but never had the cash to put on one. Then I saw this guy here. I know it isn't the best PRS makes, and I love that they do this for people. The reason I say this is because holding a custom and this side by side; well, there is no difference. Not to me at least. The reason for the three stars now... The electronics could be better. I love the tap coil feature (it just makes it more versatile). But the sound it produces is for sure on the bass end of the scale. Meaning it creates a very low tone compared to my Jackson Dinky. The tremolo system is just okay. The bar could be placed at a better angle. And finally the pick-up switch is not where it needs to be for someone who uses there trem bar. But other then these few things the instrument is perfect.

Great Guitar At A Low Price

Love this guitar! Was the first one I bought as I was just getting back into playing.

1. It's light. Of course it doesn't feel like much when you pick it up. But that is the beauty of it. There is very little bulk to it.
2. The action is just perfect. And I get it, every guitar is different in this avenue. But this was set up to play right off the rack.
3. The pick-ups do not need replaced. Although they are more than likely the lower end brand, they still sound great with the much needed balance that a lot of guitars just don't have.
4. Reach to the 24th fret is simple and easy. This I always have found a difficult thing that most guitar makers miss out on. Why put it there if it is difficult to use? RIGHT?
5. The price. $300.00. What more can I say.
6. Now this is the only real negative thing about it. The selector switch could be placed in a better position. The bar does have a habit of getting in the way.
7. Floyd Rose. Come on! The lasting, floating trem on the market!!!
