Seriously cool Phaser pedal

It's a little hard to use this pedal on other instruments than guitars or bassguitars but it's a sweet little thing that's quite cheap.

Putting CLASS back into Classic

I can't really say anything about this beast that hasn't been said a million times already. The musical landscape of the 70's, 80's and 90's would have been completely different if the RE-201 hadn't existed. I recommend everyone to buy one if you have the chance.

Analog madness!

I love this drum machine so much, it's almost illegal. It refers to a bunch of different machines from the past, such as an 808 (kick 2), 909 (Kick 1), Clave (CR78) and the list goes on. But it differs in it's shaping capabilities.

What a Bang(er) for the buck!

Everything that's good and bad about the 80's in a synth

I absolutely adore this synth. I bought it relatively cheap from a guy on the Dutch version of Ebay and ever since I got it, I've been amazed on how good (and bad) it sounds!

Yes, it's a little bit of a pain in the ass to program it. Yes, the value up/down buttons are annoying. Yes, the DCO's sound a little flat. However, from any synth of/from this age, its charm lays in its imperfections. The chorus sounds really nice (even though it makes your stereo image a little warped), the chord memory function is just a lot of fun and it's very sterile which makes it great from retro synth production.

Get it when you find one, it will not dissapoint you.

I got a Prophet '08 Module a few months prior to buying this and I'm sad to say that I hardly use the Prophet anymore, ever since this unit got in.

Just love it.

A Classic

I always use these headphones in the final process of my mix. It sounds really boring and flat but that's exactly what you want. Think of these as the headphone equivalent of the famous Yamaha NS10's.

If your track sounds good on these things, it sounds good everywhere.

Messing around with old stuff.

This is an average gaming joystick from the mid 2000's. I bought it in 2005 to play stupid games with and haven't used it until very recently.

I hooked it up to my Macbook to figure out how I could use this in context with other programmes. After messing about for a while, I came up with a system where I use the X-axis for formant control, the Y-axis for pitch, the shoot button for the midi note triggering and the speed controllers for intensity of the pitch curve. Very unusual but insanely fun!

It does what it's supposed to do.

It's just a simple midi controller that I use in combination with other hardware synths. Nothing too special here.

Innovative and smooth!

The way this DAW works is just amazing. It's really quick for electronic oriented productions and inspires you during your process.

Bang for the buck!

It's a simple yet great Preamp, compressor and EQ module. Really cheap for what it can do and usable in any sort of studio environment.
