I stopped using amps for a while because this program just sounds so awesome! Fyi, I live in New York City so it is hard to crank up a tube amp, so this app works real well!

I love the many samples that Sampletank provides and in particular, the acoustic drums, acoustic bass, guitars, and synths sound awesome! it is a great tool for demoing songs and I also use it live as it is so intuitive and easy to figure out. The one downside (possibly upside too) is that there isn't a whole load of tweakability with the sounds as you may find in a program like MASSIVE by Native Instruments, but it is so easy to go right in the program and load up a preset and tweak it so it sounds great. Check it out and you won't be disappointed!
