What a nice synthesizer!

The owner of the Arturia Mini Brute is one of my bandmembers, but from time to time I'm allowed to use it in my set-up. I sai "allowed" on purpose, because we both enjoy it soo much to play with the Minibrute. In very short time you have created a very specific sound and you don't need to know much about oscillators and synthesizers in order to do so. Very great instrument!

One of my best buys ever

The Spark Le is a very good drum machine and invites you the first time you use it into a world of experimenting and enjoying! The preset sounds on it are good but if you choose to use own samples in addition you're going to love it. When you play with a drummer, make sure he is used to play to a click! Otherwise you're going to have a bad time ;-)

Works, but there's better ones

I use the Korg TR 61 as stage piano, what it obviously isn't made for. It was my first synth I ever bought and it has nice e-piano sounds and organs. I never used it as a workstation, what it is meant for in first place. Soon I'm going to change to a more specific stage piano.

Mini but mega!

I use the Korg MS 20-Mini in my Set-Up for synth sounds to give additional colours to e-piano sounds and other instruments. The handling of the MS 20-Mini is not very easy and more complex compared to other synths. To change to presets always takes its time and appears more difficult on dark stages. But the sounds of the MS 20-Mini speaks for itself!

Deep and phat Sounds

The Moog Sub Phatty is one of my favourite Instruments in my Set-Up. I use it for deep Bass-Lines to create a shocking and punching bass sound together with a bass player. But even in the high notes, the Sub Phatty can be used to create synth-solo sounds, which is very nice if you ask me. The whole Instrument is very easy to handle if you can relate to basics of synthesizer electronics and techniques. A must have for all the key-playing-mad-scientists out there ^
