Simply pedal, gets real dirty. Filter nob takes off the high end for more punch but takes away cleanliness for a gritty sound.
I use it to get roughly the sound I want. All of its pedals are pretty generic, almost too many options, but at the same time too few. By that, I mean there's a lot of pedals most of which lack character. That being said, you can get a lot of sounds out of this thing. It's more about the interaction between the pedals that makes it unique. Good presets. If anyone finds some killer custom tones, let me know haha
Like the weighted feel, good for practicing. Sounds great when just playing casual. Needs better sustain pedal than the one that comes with it, but that's to be expected for its price. That being said, it's a great affordable option.
I've really beat up my Jag over the years, but it's still going. Durable, sounds alright all things considered. Needs tuning up every now and then, adjusting the neck and intonation, but great guitar.
I've traveled all over with this guitar. Very portable, takes damges well. I've really beat the crap out of this thing, replaces the nylon strings with metal electric strings, cut the hole to fit a pickup, has a funky unique character to it that I love. Action's not amazing, mostly cause I'm playing it with the wrong strings but nonetheless, I recommend. I've written so many songs on this thing, tuned it to some god awful tunings but I always come back to it.
