Williams Allegro 2 review | MusicRadar

musicradar.com

The Williams Allegro 2 is a stellar choice for beginner pianists, offering an impressive 88-key weighted action and a surprisingly authentic sound palette, particularly its Rhodes and Wurlitzer simulations. It’s lightweight, battery-powered, and incredibly user-friendly, making it ideal for on-the-go musicians. However, while it delivers great value for under $300, the acoustic piano sounds and bass samples don't quite match the authenticity of pricier models. Still, its responsive action and decent performance features make it a worthy investment for entry-level players and casual jamming alike. If you're looking for an affordable digital piano that feels and plays like the real deal, the Allegro 2 won’t disappoint.

Williams Allegro 2 review | Digital Piano Review Guide

digitalpianoreviewguide.com

The Williams Allegro 2 delivers a commendable performance for its price, offering upgraded sound quality and a user-friendly interface that appeals to beginners. With ten high-definition instrument sounds and a lightweight design, it’s an attractive option for those starting their musical journey. However, buyers should be aware that essential accessories like the power supply and sustain pedal are sold separately, which may not sit well with everyone. While it shines in affordability and features, those seeking superior sound and keyboard action might find better value in competitors like the Yamaha P-45. Overall, the Allegro 2 is a solid pick within its budget segment.

Feels good

Like the weighted feel, good for practicing. Sounds great when just playing casual. Needs better sustain pedal than the one that comes with it, but that's to be expected for its price. That being said, it's a great affordable option.
