Patrick Walker is well known for his part in the band warning. Warning is a doom metal band most famous for their album Watching From a Distance. He is the songwriter for the band along with guitarist and vocalist.

Prior to Hooded Menace and Acid Witch, Lasse Pyykkö was a member of the underground death metal band, Phlegethon. The group formed in 1988 and disbanded shortly after due to all the members moving onto other projects. They got back together to play in 1995 and 2006, before fully separating with the formation of Lasse Pyykkö's newest band, Hooded Menace.

Hooded menace is a critically acclaimed Death Doom band that's been active since 2007. Lasse Pyykkö is the lead guitarist, and up until 2021, was their lead vocalist. They recently released their most popular album, the Tritonus Bell, with what many believe to bee some of Lasse Pyykkö's best work.
