The best of both worlds

The PT15 is perfect as a first tube amp. The three channels on the amp lets me play around with any sound I want, from a John Mayer-esque high headroom clean tone to dirty Slash licks. This was a big upgrade coming from the digital modeling world of amps, I have not touched my Boss Katana since getting this.

Also the built-in IR makes it so that I did not have to buy a cabinet, living in an apartment that's a lifesaver. I have it connected directly to my audiofuse interface, with the sound coming out my Adam T5Vs.

Fantastic reverb pedal for the money

Coming from digital circuits, out of all my newer analog pedals, this is my absolute favorite when compared to the kind of reverb sounds I was getting from my amp, multi fx unit, and DAW plugins a priori to getting this. The 70s mode provides the perfect atmospheric vibe for Pink Floyd type sounds, while the 60s mode has helped me achieve John Mayer and Eric Clapton type reverbs.

Absolutely fantastic for a 314ce

The warmth and fullness of this 314ce compares very well to its bigger brothers due to the wood pairing of the limited edition. Perfect for warmness when playing chords or with a pick, but a bit too quite for finger picking due to its cedar body.
