MY go to bass strings
I love these strings for live gigs. They have great tone, are long lasting, are affordable & come in a variety of scales. I use them on both my long scale & short scale basses.

The best recording tool for Bass

Good things come in small packages!
I recently purchased a Quilter Bass Block 800. I needed a bass head to travel with that was small enough to fit in a carry on bag. In this day & age, it is not feasible to take gear, especially heavy bass gear on a plane for a one off festival in another city or a short tour overseas. Many of these gigs have "House Gear" & you never know what you will get. This Amp pairs nicely with just about any cabinet configuration out there. So I am in control of my sound, and not at the mercy of a sandman.

The P-Bass's little brother
I use my MIJ Fender Mustangs a lot. The smaller neck & lightweight body are perfect whenever I have a long rehearsal or need to play more than one set. Sometimes, a long scale, bass can be tiring. The special designed Seymour Duncan Mustang bass pickups sound very close to the Fender Precision pick up. Like it's big brother, the Mustang bass is a solid, reliable tone machine.

A Solid, Reliable "Tone Monster"
I have a few Fender Precision basses. The Precision is the "Go-To" bass for many occasions. I use a 74 Sunburst, strung with flatwound strings to record with. I have a mid 90's "Highway One" P Bass in Honey Blonde that I play live, and a MIM Sunburst P Bass that I take on tour. They are solid, well built, reliable tone monsters.
