Running stereo pedals to Marshall DSL100HR half stack

I am not sure if this can be done. I do know that it won't be true stereo separation, but want to know if sound will be better or not, or if it will diminish the "umph" I have in mono. I use a Decimator g-string in front of amp and through the loop. my 3 pedals in the loop have stereo outs. the order is 5150 Chorus (mono in-stereo out)/Boss dd-500 delay (stereo in and out)/ Boss reverb (stereo in and out). the effects loop send from my amp goes to Decimator then to mono input chorus and I currently use mono for the rest and use 4ohm or 16ohm mono setting on my 1960a Marshall stereo cabinet. my question is can I run from 5150 chorus through the reverb using stereo out, and then from the reverb stereo out use a splitter to go back to the loop return mono and set cabinet to stereo 8ohms and run two cables from Head to cabinet to get a somewhat stereo sound? or is it just defeating the stereo by using the splitter to go into return loop mono, thus diminishing any umph? I tried it with no splitter and going mono out from reverb and noticed somewhat stereo sound but it lowered the volume level and seemed to have less balls
