Perfect for Banging out Rock chords!
I find these the best strings I've ever used. If you are primarily a rock rhythm guitarist and really like to bang out chords, these strings are perfect!

They're "free"!
You would be surprised how many GC picks you acquire taking my son to his guitar lesson every other week. I'm mean, if they didn't want you to take them, why put out a dish of them. It's like Halloween and bowl says, "Only take three". Anyway, they're just right for me. Not to thin, not to thick. Great for playing Rhythms riffs!

Did I mention, they're free?

I have the Les Paul clone, not the SG
Even though I want the SG version, I have the Cherry Burst LP clone. For the money, there's no question these guitars look, feel, play and sound like a $3000 Gibson. I paid $130 from 189 with an Amazon Coupon and out of the 5 solid body electric guitars I've owned in the last 30 years, this one is my absolute favorite.

Neck Pickup and split Neck and Bridge are my favorite settings. Treble/ Bridge setting is awesome, but not my style.

Perfect beginner classical!
This guitar plays unbelievable well and sounds amazing for a hundred and fifty bucks. stick on an acoustic pickup and amp it up.

Not perfect, but really nice for the price!
The interface can be a little frustrating, but the sounds are awesome! There's a lot of emulators that sound very close to the real thing and all in a little box for a hundred bucks. The cabinet simulators sound really nice to.
Preferred Settings + Usage:
I mostly, just use the presets, but you can make 10 custom patches, which I've dabbled with.

True tube sound!
Definitely on par with any tube overdrive pedal. Very warm and has a lot of low end.
Preferred Settings + Usage:
Everything at 12 o' Clock!

Best Amplifier I've ever owned!
The sound is absolutely dead on to that vinatge 60/70s rock sound. For a 20 watt combo amp, that is simple and not overly complicated with to many bells and whistles, you can't ask for a better bedroom jammer. The built in tuner is very convenient. even at low volumes 2-3, everything sounds as good as it does on 10. The speaker simulator in the headphone jack is also very nice. Plug in a set of good phones and rock on!
Preferred Settings + Usage:
Dirty channel on and everything, reverb include at 12 o'clock and you have a true mid range sound. pair this with the middle setting on a dual Humbucker guitar and your as mid as mid can be. I like mid range the best!
