Don't want anything more than 5" speakers, gonna get too loud for my room.
Yeah, i'll keep that in mind, thank you :)

i've seen the HS5 and they are really nice and everyone says that they got the best sound. But thing is, am going to use the monitors inside my house, just by a wall. And rokits have the bass holes in front, which is a pro for small rooms, like mine (i'll place them on my desk, which sits like 10cm from a wall)

Need help with purchasing a beginner lvl DJ controller
Any idea why the latter is more expensive than the former? with SB2 you can do more things and its bigger. The only thing that wego3 has more is the iphone-ipad compatibility and the light around the wheels :p (joking). Any good opinions on these, cause i'm interested also in djing and these 2 seam nice for beginners

But i could get a pad controller later, like Akai LPD 8 and still save enough money. I just need another usb port. I think you are right there, but i just want to take the max out of my budget, which is limited cause i don't work atm and start as quick as possible. So am checking alternatives, and asking you if they could do the job

Sorry again, but i've seen that M-Audio Keystation 49 is a very popular choice with half the price of the novation, around 90 euro. Since i'm new and don't really need all these knobs (the pads though were useful, and the samples coming with launchkey), would that be a good buy? (because you said that you prefer novation to m-audio). Or any other keyboard a starter could look into? Budget isn't very big... :p

thanks for the reply :) I read the article about the audio interfaces so i was between those 2. So if i save some money with the focustrite, should i buy the launchkey mk2? Or it doesn't worth it? I leave in a small apartment, and rp5 are smaller and a little 'quieter' than the rp6, so they come in handy.

Hello everyone, i'm new here :)
Earlier in my life i was studying music for a long period of time and now i wanted to start producing music (edm, house, etc.). I know it needs time but as a university student i have plenty of it. So, after some research on google, i decided to buy a midi keyboard first (both chosen ones have ableton with them, so no need to buy a DAW for now), audio interface and 2 speakers later. and i need some help.
For midi keyboard i'm between M-Audio Oxygen 49 MK4 and Novation Launchkey 49 (mk2 is a bit more expensive than mk1, about 180 on thomman) which are about at the same price (140 euro in an online store here). Both are great with Ableton, 49 keys etc. the diffirences i saw (really new to that), Novation has more launchpads and comes with more software. Any opinions? I know to play piano if that helps :p
now for audio interface i'm between Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 and Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6 , second is a little more expensive. Any thoughts?
For speakers i liked 2x KRK rp5, many choose them
Thank you all :)
