My first chorus. First one I bought in 2004.
A pure bliss. That`s how real chorus need to sound. Cold as Ice, but natural. I combine it with Boss chorus to gain more chorus tone(this is a very mild pedal).

this is actually the most brittle sounding analog chorus DOD ever manufactured, try their older ones some time like the 2 knobs stereo chorus in this housing and you won't need 2 choruses to get the sound you're looking for

Maybe I will buy two Ice Boxes and solve that ha :)

seriously, the odler ones sound better... there's a 2 knob and 3 knob version, boths tereo, the 2 knob is basically a stereo CE2, its fantastic. They can still be had for about 15-40 USD. Like the ice box the switches tend to wear out mechanically so you it can be a crap shot buying them online, sight unseen. The Ice Box being a 90s pedal tends to eb in better shape then the 80s choruses, but seriously, the 80s ones are great. For a little more money DOD made some choruses with reliable 3PDT switches that look like MXR pedals. The mini one is the best as the bigger one with the built in AC cable gets noisy. Nothing against the Ice Box if that's your thing, you just mentioned you were ganging this with a boss digital chorus and I'm like "why not just get different DOD box from the 80s? they're still cheap as hell!"

It is interesting idea, and I might consider it one day :)

Yes...I had this one as a teenager. It was my first ever guitar pedal. The DOD FX65...it sounded great. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uqwLeFFz_4c. It got stolen, and I was gutted...

@moonbadger actually the first one I got, also got stolen with the rest of my equipment somewhere in 2006. But the guys from Jewy Sabatay(my previous band), got me the same one as a birthday present.

My second chorus.
A working mans chorus. No more, no less. Has that "plastic" feel in its tone when played without complementary second chorus pedal, which I always use to avoid this flaw.

My delay since 2005.
Love on the first sight. Bought it somewhere in 2004. This baby changed my perspective of guitar playing. I use it almost always. Love its sound and manipulation, it`s not too experimental, but the delay itself does the job perfectly.

My pedalboard, serves it`s purpose but nothing more.
Maybe my weakest link in the chain. Made of dull plastic, with abysmal power supply, also splitting amp option doesn`t work. Thankfully my delay pedal which is last in the chain has a splitter so I evaded this problem elegantly. I had to rearrange power supply in much more serious manner to make this functional. Also, those plastic locks break very easily, so I replaced them with custom metal locks.

My cabinet. Never let me down.
My cabinet. Never let me down. The only flaw is that it is pretty bulky so we always have some issues putting it in my car.

My amp. Since 2011. I record everything on it.
My amp. Since 2011. I record everything on it. It has that unique "dry", "gray", sound that I like, so its good for coloring it with effects. I dont use its footswitch because I dont have good control of the distortion with it. Good bass control, with Ibanez its on 5/10, with Jaguar it`s on full 10/10. Great reverb also, which is always around 7/10 in my case.

My first electric guitar, bought in 1999.
My first electric guitar, bought in 1999. An obscure Fender-like copy, with strange head. It was bought with faulty switch and mask was kinda burned/melted, but it didn`t bother me at the time. Recorded first Jewy Sabatay recordings with it. For its price, it has a tolerable sound, and its very playable and has a soft neck.

Very good all-around acoustic guitar
Very good all-around acoustic guitar, that serves all purposes. Bought it in 2012. I had recorded whole "Covek Peva Posle Rata" album with it, also a few other recordings needed for Brigand and solo works. Really stable and good sounding guitar for its price.

Really cool acoustic guitar that serves all purposes.
Really cool acoustic guitar that serves all purposes. Great sound, great playability. Recorded "?ovek Peva Posle Rata" solo with it, and a couple more acoustic track needed for Brigand.

An old Slovenian model that now serves just as a room decoration
A very pretty 1970s model made in socialist Yugoslavia. Plays awful, sound is the same thing. Recorded Alvarez "Summer Monstrous" album with it, and done a couple of Endorfin gigs. Honestly, I bought it cheaply somewhere in 2006. just because of its good looks and thats it.

A 2017, American Pro series Fender Jaguar for some future challenges.
A 2017., American Pro series Fender Jaguar for some future Brigand challenges. Has a very stable sound, much more serious and deeper than "regular" Jaguar models(I always considered Jaguar a more "indie" type of guitar for players with lighter sound, until I tried this one), which suits mine key of C. Tremolo works like a dream, which is important to me because I want to expand my bending tehnique.

A "legendary", "untunable" Ibanez that I have since 2006.
A "legendary", "untunable" Ibanez that I have since 2006. Many gigs, many recordings. Made its studio debut on Jewy Sabatay`s second album "Nihilist"(Squirrel & Worm, Swan Song, Kraj Puta), then featured on parts of "Hang The Ghost!" and "Summer Monstrous" Alvarez albums, also featured on third, final Jewy Sabatay album(all except parts of Prevara and Lisac Od Zelatina), half of Brigands "Zaplešimo Grešnici", and whole "Lov Na Vukove" and "Daleko Je Vavilon" albums. Shows itself in much better light with effects and doing surprisingly well in studio, outgunning some much more expensive guitars.
It has a tweaked bridge under a specific angle(duo to lacking of one piece of gear in the back), allowing me to discover and master some interesting bending tehniques.
Good for avant-garde sound and playing. But if you are more into classic rock, stay away from this one.
