Great thin neck, even compared to the the thinner jazz bas necks.
Tonally some more options due to the separate volume and tone controls for each pick up.
A bit doubtful about the colour and harsh relic, but I have had lots of good comments after shows, it stands out.
It's a 2006 standard mex p-bass, standard neck, not too anything.
PLayed for 5 years with the standard pick ups and roundwounds, I was quite satisfied.
But then I changed the pick-ups to Bare Knuckle 58' p-bass and r
Rotosound flatwounds. Now it's a different bass, spot-on motown sound.
Been using it for 15 years, still like it.
I use it as 3 different pedals + expression pedal (mostly as volume), never in meory mode.
I use 2 of these. Never used them alone. Always tweeter off.
Like the sound and build quality, but disliking the weight, as years go by ;)
Always used peavey, had about 10 peavey products. I never had any problems with them.
