I LOVE this thing.
Previously owned a Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 and this thing kinda blows it away. An interface is an interface so they can both get the job done equally of course, but running my preamp/mic through this thing is so much smoother and clearer. There's way less latency compared to the Focusrite and I love the controls of it. Minus the fact that it doesn't work with Mac, it's a pretty amazing interface upgrade and I'm super happy with it.

Good for a first set of monitors!
When I first got into music producing and putting my own home studio together, these were my first pair of monitors. I saw a lot of my favorite hip hop musicians/producers using them so I followed along. I'd say they're great as a first pair if you're not planning on doing heavy mixing and mastering, but they can be a little muddier than other monitors such as the Yamahas which I know own.

As soon as I picked this up, I fell in love.
For its price, this is an amazing guitar. The only reason I'd give it a 4-star is because when playing the E and the A there's a bit of rattling but I'm sure my luthier will be able to fix that up a bit so it's no worries. Other than that, it has an absolutely gorgeous look to it and I'm really happy with it.

Too bright for my vocals sadly...
The quality of the mic sounds great, but for my vocals specifically, it turned out to be a little to bright and sibilant for me. I tried it out on my friend's vocals and it sounded fine, so it really just depends on the type of voice you're using it on. I have to sell this gorgeous baby sadly because of that and buy myself a warmer mic soon.

try to find the NTV, the discontinued tube mic by rode that preceded the NTK and K2.... blows both out of the water.... or for a more vintage sound on a budget look at ADK's clones

After experiencing sound through these, you can never go back to average headphones.
To make this as short and simple as possible, listening to music through these headphones is like a whole other world. You can hear every little detail of a song or recording through these, and it makes going back to Apple Earpods a real bummer. Haha. After wearing them for a few hours, it can definitely get a little uncomfortable, but it's tolerable and the sound quality is worth it.

Favorite DAW out of Logic and FL for sure.
At first, I started off with Logic 9 because that's what a few of my friends were using at the time, and that's what they used to teach me the basics of producing music. However, later on, I ended up coming across this producer on YouTube (Superstar O) and the DAW he was using was Studio One 3. I thought it looked so cool compared to Logic 9 and what made it even cooler was that it had a demo version of it, something that a lot of other DAWs don't have. I gave it a try and I immediately fell in love. The work flow and just the way it looked was really awesome. The plugins it comes with are great, and I've been using it nonstop for over a year now. I'm not sure what music genre it's best for, but I make r&b, hip hop, and indie music/beats and record vocals very often, and it's a really comfortable program to use and has definitely gotten the job done well.

This keyboard started my career.
My parents bought this keyboard for me for Christmas when I was around 5 or 6 years old. I played it like crazy, and I loved listening to and playing along with the demo songs it came with. As I grew a little older, I continued to play it, eventually writing my first original song on it and having the honor to bring and play it in the home of one of my biggest role models at the time, Phora, when I was 16 years old. That is when my music career really started, and I have to give a huge thanks to this keyboard right here. It's been through EVERYTHING with me, and my almost 19-year-old self still uses it today for practicing and songwriting in my studio. The keys still work, and it still sounds just as great as it did back in 2004. I will forever consider this one of the most valuable pieces of equipment in my workspace.
