Great when it's in the right amp
Plain and simple, this pedal is great, and I was lucky enough to get one used for thirty five dollars. However, if you made the unfortunate decision to buy a Line 6 Spider III 30 Watt as your first amp like I did (Upgrading to a Marshall DSL40c soon), it's tough to find the exact tone you want, without sacrificing clarity for gain.

Good starter guitar.
This was my first guitar. Right now it has Ernie Ball Regular Slinkys on it (10-46) and a Gibson Dirty Fingers Humbucker in the bridge. Eventually I might switch out the pickups for the Seymour Duncan Hot Rod set and I'm going to put on speed knobs and locking tuners.

Fantastic.
The best guitar I own at the moment. Currently fashioned with an angled Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB in the bridge and a matte black pickguard and knobs, courtesy of Warmoth Guitar Parts. I have a black jackplate on it as well. It is setup for 10-52 strings at the moment. I plan to buy black locking tuners and a black bridge for it soon to finish out the black hardware look. I may also look into buying a tortoise shell Tom DeLonge style pickguard as well.
