At £600, this is Apple's cheapest Mac, but for the amount of money I was still expecting good things. I run both Logic Pro X (live) and Pro Tools (Studio) among other programs (MainStage, Ableton among others) but when working on large programs they often crash. Would not recommend.

I use this to split my pedalboard into two, one chain being a clean blend, the second being my effects, and find this works very well for this purpose. I like the fact that this still works without power, with the only downside I can see being that it only has two LEDs, as opposed to for example the Whirlwind AB, which has one LED for A, one for B and one for AB. Still for the money, especially for my purposes of it only having both channels on most of the time, it is perfect.
