Simple AB-Y switch that doesn't need a battery to use
I have been using this switch for a few years now to split the signal coming from my guitar to my amp and my PC. It is very simple to use doesn't require any batteries and has a very audible click when switching between channels.

Excellent Budget AB-Y Switch
I use this to split my pedalboard into two, one chain being a clean blend, the second being my effects, and find this works very well for this purpose. I like the fact that this still works without power, with the only downside I can see being that it only has two LEDs, as opposed to for example the Whirlwind AB, which has one LED for A, one for B and one for AB. Still for the money, especially for my purposes of it only having both channels on most of the time, it is perfect.
Wonderful
Absolutely perfect for blending two amps to create a massive tone, or just for switching channels. This is always on for me when I play my guitars live and at home

Pretty good but.....
I could really do with a version that has momentary switches as well as latching for both functions.

The EHX Switch Blade + is at the bottom right of the board and has black tape covering one foot switch, red tape with the word “VOX” written on it, and green tape with the word “HARP” written on it.
The Mic is being sent through a cable splitter adapter into the Radial switcher to the DBA, then in the DBA’s fx loop a white patch cable goes to the Electro Harmonix Switch Blade + which is splitting the signal. One output (black patch cable) going to the Strymon Deco and the DD-3 back into the DBA. And the other (red patch cable) going to the JHS Superbolt and the Shift Line A+ Astronaut then to a D.I. box that the A+ is on top of.
There is three outputs on the board: the initial splitting adapter, the DBA output and the DI box output.

In an article on BassPlayer.com titled "Suzi Quatro: Born Ready," it is mentioned that Suzi Quatro uses the Electro-Harmonix Switchblade Plus switch effects pedal.
He uses a switchblade so he can easily switch from his electric to mandolin on certain songs. It allows him to use the same input cable, which then hits the switchblade and sends two different signals.
