Moog (Realistic) Concertmate MG-1
Avg price: $600.00
The Realistic Concertmate MG-1 was used for a majority of the Smack Bunny Baby, Bonsai Superstar, and beginning of the Hissing Prigs era/s. However, around 1996, Brainiac ditched the Moog, instead opting for the obscure, cheaper "Prig"-brand synthesizer (as well as an Oberheim), which not only had an input jack (which would still allow Tim to manipulate his voice in live performances), but was sturdier. The photo source shows Tim playing the Realistic Moog, very likely around 1993, as Michelle Bodine was still playing with the band instead of John Schmersal.
