This amp have the best clean tone I've ever heard. If your thing is to get your distorted sounds from the pedalboard, that amp will give you the clean that you need. The only negative things about this amp are it's weight and that it's rare as f***. If you want to get one of these, you have to go to the second hand market. Also, you should know some "amp repare" notions, because these things are old and hard to keep in perfect conditions, but... THE SOUND IS WHAT CARES!

This amp is almost imbeateble in his price rank. The clean tone is stunning, and the drive section is perfectly usable, not as good as the cleans, but it's okey. I play an indie-rock kind of style, using it as a clean base for my pedalboard, and I love it's sound. The reverb wich comes in the amp is also good. I recommend this amp for almost any style, except maybe for those who want a metal tone or a very agressive type of sound.

I use it for rythm tones into a clean tube amp, with low gain, and it does an awesome job. If you go with the gain half the way up,it can make a clean amp sound absolute monstruous. I heavy recommed it.
