Class of '99 was a short-lived American rock supergroup formed to cover Pink Floyd's iconic track "Another Brick in the Wall (Part 2)" for the soundtrack of the 1998 film The Faculty. The band comprised an impressive lineup of 1990s rock luminaries: Layne Staley (vocals) from Alice in Chains, Tom Morello (guitar) from Rage Against the Machine, Stephen Perkins (drums) from Jane's Addiction, Martyn LeNoble (bass) from Porno for Pyros, and Matt Serletic (keyboards). Despite their brief existence, Class of '99 left an indelible mark with their grunge-influenced rock sound that paid homage to the classic rock era.
