Fight or Flight is an American hard rock band formed in 2013, born out of a collaboration between members of Disturbed and Evans Blue. The lineup features Dan Donegan (guitar) and Mike Wengren (drums) from Disturbed, alongside Dan Chandler (vocals) from Evans Blue, and is completed by Sean Corcoran (bass) and Jeremy Jayson (guitar). Their sound melds elements of hard rock with alternative and post-grunge influences, delivering a powerful and emotive musical experience. The band quickly made its mark with their debut album Life by Design?, showcasing their dynamic and intense approach to rock music.
