JadaL is a pioneering Arabic indie music group hailing from Amman, Jordan, known for their innovative fusion of rock, Arab alternative, and Jordanian pop. Formed in 2003 by Mahmoud Radaideh, who serves as the band's guitarist and primary songwriter, JadaL has played a significant role in shaping the Arab indie music scene. The band's lineup has seen various transformations over the years, but Radaideh's vision has consistently driven their unique sound, which blends Western musical elements with traditional Arabic influences.

JadaL’s sound is characterized by its dynamic and melodic rock foundation, enriched with ambient and textural layers. Mahmoud Radaideh's use of the Fender American Standard Telecaster through a Fender '65 Twin Reverb amplifier provides a bright, articulate tone that cuts through the mix. The integration of effects like the EarthQuaker Devices Dispatch Master adds rich delay and reverb, creating a spacious, ethereal quality. This, paired with subtle synth elements from the Korg Volca Keys, results in a sound that is both melodic and harmonically complex, bridging the gap between East and West in a seamless, evocative manner.
