How to Sound Like Models

Models' sound is characterized by a compelling blend of energetic rock rhythms and synth-driven new wave textures, producing a danceable yet edgy musical experience. Their music often features sharp, melodic guitar riffs and punchy bass lines, as evident in their hits. Sean Kelly's use of the Kramer The '84 (Red) and Kramer The '84 (Black Bullseye) guitars contributes to the band’s vibrant, resonant guitar tones, which cut through the mix with clarity and power. The incorporation of synthesizers adds a layer of atmospheric depth, creating a soundscape that is both electrifying and immersive, capturing the essence of the 1980s new wave era.
