Oleander is a pop rock and post-grunge band hailing from Sacramento, California. Formed in 1995, the group originally consisted of Thomas Flowers (vocals, guitar), Ric Ivanisevich (guitar), Doug Eldridge (bass), and Fred Nelson, Jr. (drums), with Scott Devours later replacing Nelson. Known for their alternative sound that gained traction in the late '90s, Oleander's music blends the raw edge of post-grunge with the melodic sensibilities of pop rock. Their breakout album, February Son, featured memorable singles like "Why I'm Here" and "I Walk Alone," cementing their place in the rock landscape.
