How to Sound Like Urbandub
Urbandub's sound is characterized by dynamic guitar work and a driving rhythm section that melds both intensity and melody. Their music often features crisp, articulate riffs and soaring vocal lines, creating a sound that is both energetic and deeply emotive. The band achieves their signature robust tones using gear such as the Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifier 100W 3-channel Solo Head for its powerful, high-gain output, and the versatile Line 6 M13 Stompbox Modeler to introduce a wide variety of effects, from delay to modulation. The interplay of layered guitars and a tight rhythm section provides a solid foundation for their anthemic sound, while effects like the Visual Sound V2 Series V2JH Jekyll and Hyde add texture and depth, essential for capturing the essence of Urbandub's bold and immersive sonic landscape.
