Carillion Guitars is a boutique guitar workshop run by luthier Chris Delia out of Dorking, Surrey, England. Delia trained for three years on the musical instrument making course at South Thames College in South London before establishing the brand. His initial motivation came from being a left-handed player frustrated by the mainstream guitar industry's limited options for lefties. All instruments are built by hand using hand tools and minimal routing, with production capped at roughly two dozen guitars per year.

The company's lineup centers on original solid-body electric guitar designs aimed primarily at metal players, alongside acoustics built for percussive fingerstyle and a bass range. The Polaris is the flagship model, offered in 6-, 7-, and 8-string configurations. Other electric models include the Nemesis (a single-cut design), the Cypher and its double-cut counterpart the Enigma, the Hellcat, the Valyrian, and the Plagueis — Carillion's headless option. The Promethean is the brand's first bass model, developed in collaboration with bassist Al Llewellyn of Dyscarnate.

Carillion instruments have found a following in the extreme metal world, with endorsed artists including Brian Kingsland of Nile, Craig Gowans of Bleed From Within, Ol Drake of Evile, Benji Baret of Ne Obliviscaris, Ian Jekelis of Aborted, Jason Melidonie of Cytotoxin, and Tom Whitty and Al Llewellyn of Dyscarnate.
