Founded in 2000 by musician and engineer Michael Goodman in Chicago, CEntrance is an American audio company headquartered in Mount Prospect, Illinois. The company began as a consulting and technology licensing firm with the goal of working with every audio company in the world, eventually partnering with over 100 clients including Behringer, Korg, KRK, Alesis, DiGiCo, Gibson, Line 6, and Zoom. CEntrance developed pioneering FireWire and USB audio technologies before launching its own product line, starting with the MicPort Pro — a pocket-sized USB interface that turns any standard microphone into a USB mic.

CEntrance is known for portable, high-quality audio devices spanning both recording and playback. The DACport and DACmini established the company among audiophiles, with the DACmini earning a cover feature in Stereophile magazine. The HiFi-M8 portable headphone amplifier was called "Best Amplifier Ever Tested" by CNET. On the recording side, the MixerFace mobile recording interface won "Best of Show" at NAMM and became widely adopted by musicians, podcasters, and voiceover professionals. The product line also includes the PortCaster portable mixer/recorder, the Jasmine mic preamp, the English Channel strip, and the Cerene dB headphones.

The company counts an impressive roster of professional users, including George Clinton, Jordan Rudess of Dream Theater, Michael League of Snarky Puppy, Will Lee, Charlie Hunter, Billy Martin and Chris Wood of Medeski Martin and Wood, Mark Egan, and Scott Thunes. All CEntrance products are manufactured in the USA.
