Galanti is a historic Italian musical instrument manufacturer founded by Antonio Galanti and his sons Domenico, Egidio, and Robusto in the village of Mondaino, Italy. The first Galanti accordions were produced in 1917, and by 1920 the brothers had begun exporting the brand to New York City to serve the growing Italian-American community. The Super Dominator became the brand's flagship accordion model, and Galanti instruments earned endorsements from notable figures of the era, including Hollywood actress Paulette Goddard.

Over the decades, Galanti expanded from accordions into a broader range of musical instruments, producing guitars, home organs, church organs, electronic keyboards, amplification, and acoustic pianos. In 1959, Marcello Galanti began producing electronic musical instruments, eventually establishing Intercontinental Electronics S.p.A. in 1969 — the company that would become Viscount International. Other branches of the family went on to found Ahlborn-Galanti (classical organs) and General Music (GEM).

The original Galanti accordion factory ceased operations in the late 1970s, and the Mondaino factory site is preserved as an example of industrial heritage in the Rimini region. The Galanti family's legacy continues through descendant companies including Viscount and Schulze Pollmann, still operated by later generations of the family in Italy.
