Gen Thalz is the noise gear and synth-building project of Marlon B. Zoleta, a Filipino multimedia artist who has been experimenting with audio-visual and written expression since 2006. The project operates as a one-builder workshop focused on hand-built, often single-run instruments aimed at the harsh noise and experimental electronic communities, sold direct through the Gen Thalz website and through Reverb.

The catalog centers on small-format noise synthesizers with playful, irreverent naming.
