The brand is best known for the Factor and Ex Factor basses, first sold in January 1985. The instruments are distinguished by an ergonomic body shape, a 32-inch scale, and a patented tuning module mounted in the body rather than the headstock, with a drop-tuner extension that lowers the E string to D.
