Nacho Guitars is a small-batch boutique builder founded by Ignacio "Nacho" Baños, based in Valencia, Spain. The shop specializes in faithful recreations of early-1950s solidbody electric guitars, applying old-school construction methods, period-correct materials, and extensive aging and finish work intended to make each instrument feel like a decades-old workhorse. Baños is also known in the vintage guitar world as the author of The Blackguard book, a reference work documenting Fender's early Telecaster production.

The lineup centers on Telecaster- and Esquire-inspired builds, including 1949 "Proto" snake-head models in single- and dual-pickup configurations, early-1950s Blackguard and Whiteguard styles, and contour-body variants, often referred to collectively as Nachocasters. The shop also produces the Nachoburst line of Les Paul-style instruments. Output is intentionally limited to under roughly 100 guitars per year, with each instrument numbered and built to Baños's own spec rather than to customer orders.
