Normandy Guitars is a small American instrument builder based in Salem, Oregon, founded by Jim Normandy, a former banker who set out to build stringed instruments from aluminum rather than wood. Production began around 2007 using aircraft-grade 5052 aluminum that is CAD-designed, laser-cut from sheet stock, and TIG-welded or hand-riveted into finished bodies in the company's Oregon workshop.

The brand is best known for the Alumicaster, a Telecaster-inspired solidbody electric with an aluminum body, bolt-on maple neck, and Seymour Duncan pickups, offered in raw, powder-coated, chrome, engraved, and custom-graphic finishes. The lineup also includes the Alumicaster Bass and a semi-hollow Archtop model fitted with custom Normandy humbuckers, along with smaller effects pedal offerings. The visible rivets and polished or anodized metal bodies give the instruments a distinctive industrial aesthetic that has become a signature of the brand.

Normandy won 'Best of Show' at the 2008 Summer NAMM event and has earned coverage in outlets such as Premier Guitar for its unconventional approach to lutherie. Dave Catching of Eagles of Death Metal has been documented playing a Normandy Alumicaster.
