Shijie Guitars is a boutique electric guitar and bass manufacturer based in Weifang, China. The company's roots trace back to 2007, when founder Alex Wong ran an electric guitar repair studio in the Qingdao and Weifang region — an area that hosts a significant portion of the world's electric guitar OEM production. After nearly a decade of repair work, the SHIJIE brand was formally established in the mid-2010s to produce its own instruments.

The brand's catalog centers on bolt-on designs inspired by classic American templates, including the STE (Stratocaster-style), TLV (Telecaster-style), TM (super-Strat), and LPV (single-cut) series, alongside SJB and DF bass models. Shijie was among the earliest Chinese builders to apply roasted maple necks to mass-produced guitars, a choice aimed at improving neck stability. The company also offers replacement parts such as necks, bodies, pickups, and hardware.
