Udo Roesner Amps is a German-designed amplification brand founded by Udo Roesner, an engineer with decades of experience in acoustic amplification who previously co-founded AER Amps. After leaving AER, Roesner launched his eponymous company, developing products at MARco-labs together with engineer Thomas Mattiussi, with operations split between Germany and France. The brand is focused on acoustic instrument amplification built around strictly analogue signal paths rather than digital modeling.

The company's flagship product is the Da Capo 75, a compact two-channel acoustic combo amplifier rated at 75 watts, featuring custom 8-inch twin-cone speakers, a Class A/B analogue power section, analogue preamps, and six onboard effects. A second amplifier, the Da Capo Jazz, has been shown as an in-development model. Alongside amplifiers, the brand offers the Dot and Hash end-pin pickup systems — the Dot being a single-source piezo system and the Hash combining a piezo with an electret microphone — as well as small-scale baritone acoustic guitars under the Udo Roesner Acoustics line.
