Volta Custom Electronics is a boutique effects pedal maker based in Orta Nova, in the Apulia region of southern Italy. Founded in 2012 by circuit designer Salvatore Di Pietro, the company operates as a small family workshop, with Salvatore handling design and build duties while his wife Lorena manages marketing. Every pedal is hand-assembled in-house.

The brand is best known for its amp-in-a-box overdrives, particularly the 1987 and 1987 PRO (including a MIDI-equipped version), which aim at classic Marshall plexi tones. The lineup also includes the Black Tweed PLUS dual overdrive, The Blue overdrive/boost, the FireDirt fuzz, the EXPRESSOR compressor, and the TwinTAPE tape-style modulation pedal. More recent releases include the JTM45-inspired Jailbreaker.

Volta Custom has built a following in the European boutique pedal scene through appearances at events like Guitar Summit and The Guitar Show in Padova. Artists associated with the brand include Italian session guitarist Chicco Gussoni and American blues-rock guitarist Mike Zito.
